Frame

 Rod

Figure to the left shows the primary frame housing part. It is manufactured by 2nd grade aluminum die casting. the holes and profile cuts are machine in on the secondary process. aluminum is chosen as an ideal material for this part due to it's light weight property and recyclability. 

The rod frame support is Manufactured by die casting 2nd grade aluminum. It is then machine drilled to produce to screw holes on both ends.

Tech Housing

Speaker Chamber

The Bottom tech housing body is redesign to be simpler and bigger to support a the console housing on top which will house the interface and apple dock. The body is Injection moulded  using polycarbonate for it's electrical and heat resistant properties.

The speaker chamber housing and the umbrella root part is manufactured by injection molding ABS , adhesive is required to join the two parts together. The mounting holes have to be machined in a secondary process.
